Locksmiths
We can carry out all aspects of property maintenance ‘in house’ and also have a wide range of certified subcontractors to call on when required. You can rest assured that we still project manage all works assigned to us where subcontractors are employed. All our trades people are backed by our office team who can ensure that all compliance and H&S is adhered to and that all necessary reports and photo portfolios are supplied on time.
All our locksmiths are trained in non-destructive entry techniques and carry a range of common locks and fixings on their vehicles. They are trained to carry out warrant and repossession work and are able to carry out isolation of services and meter reads, water system drain downs, reporting, and carry out general repairs and security recommendations whilst on site.
Specialist cleaning
Property clearances
We carry out full and part house clearances, garden clearance and site clearance work using purpose built vehicles and specially trained staff to handle even the grimiest of tasks. Our clearance teams are also specifically trained in specialist cleaning and pest control setting them in perfect stead for the more demanding of clean ups to include void properties, hoarders houses, so called ‘house of horrors’ jobs and murder scene clean ups.
Our clean and clear teams are fully trained and equipped to be able to handle all aspects of cleaning, from gentle end of tenancy cleans and communal areas cleans to the grimiest of tasks to include so called ‘house of horrors’ cleans, fire damage remediation, crime scene clean ups and graffiti and chewing gum removal. We can also provide antibacterial fogging to allow complete sanitisation of homes and workplaces in the event of a virus breakout.
Grounds maintenance
We can carry out regular garden maintenance services or one off garden or land tidy ups, for domestic, commercial and industrial sites to include cutting back and disposing of overgrown vegetation, tree surgery, litter picking and fly-tipping removal.
This service goes hand in hand with our waste clearance service as all our clearance, cleaning and grounds maintenance teams are fully trained to carry out grounds maintenance as well as pest control.
Receivership, Repossession & void property
All of our services come together perfectly for repossessions and void property services. From gaining initial entry with or without Bailiff’s present to property maintenance and repairs, clearance and cleaning, ground maintenance and pest control, fully backed up by office support, we really do offer the ‘one call does it all’ service for these types of works.

We have many years experience in the waste recycling sector through clearance work as we come into contact with most waste streams -all of the time.
